Steal this prompt: it found my team 59 scholarships in 20 minutes

Steal this prompt. It found my Chick-fil-A team 59 scholarships in 20 minutes.

"Many of my [company] employees in [city, state] are looking for scholarships for school. Do a deep dive analysis to identify opportunities I could share with them. Verify every item on the official source and sort by deadline."

That's the whole thing. Here's what came back:

  • Every opportunity with the official link, amount, eligibility, and deadline
  • Sorted by what's due first
  • Split by situation: high school seniors, juniors, current college students, and adults going back to school or into a trade
  • Scholarships that were discontinued or have changed eligibility, flagged so my team doesn't waste time on them

Three tips so it works for you:

  1. Name your city. Local and state money is where the real dollars are.
  2. Ask it to verify every item on the official source. Scholarship lists go stale fast.
  3. Put the result somewhere your team can actually open. My first link needed an account, so nobody could see it. I moved it to a plain Google Doc.

AI doesn't care about your people. You do. It just gives you more time to show it.

The takeaway for leaders

Point AI at your people’s goals, not just your operations. Twenty minutes of machine work can become a real "I see you" moment.
