Jon Harmeling is a keynote speaker, author of Frontline AI Leadership, West Point graduate, former West Point systems engineering instructor, Army veteran, and Chick-fil-A Operator. He uses AI in his restaurant to keep individual goals in view and notice overlooked contributions. His keynote helps leaders apply AI to coaching, recognition, difficult conversations, and employee development, with human judgment and relationships at the center. His framework is Machines do. Managers decide. Leaders develop. His book releases October 27, 2026. Jon holds an MBA, is a PMP, and is finishing his DBA in business and leadership.
