What this site collects

If you fill out the contact form, I receive the information you submit, such as your name, email, organization, and event details. I use it to respond to your inquiry and to manage our relationship if we work together. Website and form providers process this information to provide those services.

What I do not do

I do not sell your inquiry details or share them with third parties for their own marketing. I do not put you on a list without your consent.

Campaign labels on speaking inquiries

If you arrive through an approved tagged keynote-ad link, your speaking inquiry may include the source, campaign, and creative labels from that link. These labels help me understand which message led to an inquiry. They accompany the inquiry through the existing form service; they do not independently prove that a paid click or booking occurred.

This source-label feature passes only approved campaign labels through selected internal speaking links. It does not copy arbitrary query values or advertising click identifiers. If labels are removed or lost, the source may remain unknown. The feature stays off when a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is detected.

Optional ChatGPT ad measurement

Visitors arriving through an approved tagged ChatGPT keynote-ad link may be asked whether they want to allow optional OpenAI ad measurement. OpenAI measurement remains off unless the visitor selects Allow. Declining does not affect access to the site or the ability to submit an inquiry.

When allowed, the site can load the OpenAI Pixel and use first-party browser storage or cookies to connect an eligible ad interaction with a later accepted speaking inquiry. OpenAI states that web pixels automatically use automatic advanced matching. The Pixel may detect supported customer information entered into recognizable forms, normalize it, and securely hash it in the browser before including the hashes with conversion events. Raw customer information is not sent to OpenAI through automatic advanced matching.

The site's custom lead event contains the event type, a random event identifier, and an opt-out flag for any future user-level personalization. It does not manually add the submitted name, email, organization, event details, message, or a monetary value to that event payload. The opt-out flag does not disable conversion matching.

The measurement choice can be changed using the ChatGPT ad measurement settings control in the footer. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track overrides an earlier Allow choice and keeps OpenAI measurement off. A short-lived session record is used only after the form service accepts a speaking inquiry so that direct visits or page refreshes do not create duplicate lead events.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand traffic and inquiries, and Microsoft Clarity to understand interaction with pages. These services can use cookies and technical usage information. Browser privacy tools and provider opt-out tools can restrict collection. Optional OpenAI measurement is controlled separately as described above.
